A self-paced course rooted in the teachings of Skill in Action.
A seven-hour self-paced course as a companion to guide yoga teachers, healers, and space holders to embody justice and compassion in practice.

TRISTAN KATZ
“Through this understanding I've begun to connect the dots between the foundations of yoga, my personal yoga practice, and the broader communities which I am part of.”
JEANNE CUTRONA
Why Skill in Action?
Response of my heart’s desire
Skill in Action was created in response to my heart’s desire and longing for us to practice yoga as a way of living to create the world in which we want to live, a world where everyone can be free and thrive.
Nearly two decades of work
Through centering conversations and practices around the intersection of social justice and yoga we can remember our interconnectedness, take action to create change, and engage in spiritual practice to help create a just world.
Yoga Philosophy, Practices and Systemic Frameworks.
My unique work in the world inspires people to remember our interconnectedness, take action to create change, and engage in spiritual practice to help create a just world.
Lifetime companion to questions.
Perhaps our curiosity and questions will lead us to right action and to create a world in which everyone can be liberated, sovereign, and accountable to community care and our interconnectedness.
